The MT-RJ connector is a little smaller than a standard phone jack, and it’s just as easy to connect and disconnect. Additionally, the no-epoxy, no-polish MT-RJ jacks make fibre termination quick and easy with typical termination time in less than two minutes for two fibres. It’s half the size of the SC connector it was designed to replace, so it offers twice the port density of traditional fibre connectors.
