Product Focus

SMC Networks offers two product families that specifically meet the needs of SMB/e and SOHO customers:

SMB/e

Tiger and EliteConnect products are SMC's line of secure, high-speed, feature-rich, products for enterprise and workgroup environments. This family is composed of the following product lines Tiger Switch, Tiger Stack, Tiger Access (VDSL) and EliteConnect (Enterprise Wireless). The Tiger Switch and Tiger Stack lines consist of a complete line of Ethernet, Fast Ethernet and Gigabit-Ethernet managed switches, including 10G Ethernet, with the flexibility and band width to support stacking and modular uplinks for a wide range of media connector types. The Tiger line extends to the desktop and server with a range of network adapters as well as Extended Ethernet (VDSL) solutions. The EliteConnect line provides enterprise-class wireless LAN solutions to address today's wireless requirements in areas such as corporate offices, hotels and airports.

Small Office/Home Office (SOHO)

The EZ Networking™ range has been developed specifically with the networked home and small office in mind. Made up of the following product lines, EZ Connect, EZ Switch, Barricade, EZ Stream and EZ Card, the range comprises consumer wireless LAN solutions, unmanaged standalone switches, multifunctional broadband routers, VoIP gateways, wireless home entertainment devices, homeplug and network adapters.
