What is covered and for how long?
Satisfactory installed and tested OPTRONICS and OPTRONICS PLUS products are warranted to be free from optical and mechanical defects for 15 years (18 months for electronic equipment) from the date installation. The OPTRONICS cabling system is guaranteed to meet the most stringent channel optical performances - TIA/EIA 568B, ISO 11801
edition 1.2 and draft edition 2, EN 50173 Amendment 1 and draft edition 2, IEEE 802.3ab 1999, IEEE 802.3z 1998.
 

Who carries out the installation?
An OPTRONICS PLUS authorised installer must install the cabling system and products must consist exclusively of OPTRONICS or approved alternative products. Products must be new and purchased from Auriga or from an authorised OPTRONICS PLUS Reseller.
