Unlimited communications possibilities
Galaxy 3000 UPSs include as a standard an alarm relay card (six outputs reporting the operating status of the UPS and 2 inputs), a terminal block to receive emergency power-off orders and three slots for additional communications cards operating with the HTTP/XML, SNMP/Web, JBus/ModBus, U-Talk (RS232-ASCII) and USB protocols.
A second relay card can also be added.

• the MultiSlot expansion module can be used to concentrate data when a number of UPSs are interconnected for redundancy or capacity,

• Solution-Pac software with a built-in SNMP agent for automatic shutdown of operating systems before the end of battery power. The software also forwards important information (alerts via pager or e-mail, etc.) and power-management solutions to network administrators,

• Management Pac software for network administrators, offering management and supervision functions for installations with many UPSs,
  the LED signalling panel unit for remote UPS management.

• UPS Web-Pac and XML Web Card offer advanced Web-based management possibilities combined with automatic shutdown of up to 250 servers.
