Gold Support
Fluke Networks' Gold Support Membership program ensures a better return on your investment by lowering your cost of ownership. You'll minimise your downtime with total coverage of equipment (including a loaned piece of equipment in the unlikely event yours is in the service centre), unlimited 7x24 technical assistance, training, calibration on applicable products and complete access to their valuable knowledge base. In addition, you'll receive software and firmware upgrades—now and for as long as your membership is valid.

Demonstrations and Training
Buying test equipment is an expensive and complex process. It can be hard trying to interpret data sheets to determine whether the tester will suit your application. Make the wrong choice and time and money will be lost. To make our customers choice easier, Auriga's trained technical staff can bring a variety of test equipment, that may suit the application, to their premises. The functionality of each tester is then demonstrated and what application it best suits is clearly explained, all without having to commit to purchase. All products can be seen in this way, from the most basic tester to the most comprehensive. We
want our customers to be confident the test equipment they purchase will help not hinder them. After a purchase has been made, Auriga offers full hands on training for all of our customer's engineers, at a time and place to suit them, at a reasonable rate. Tester functionality will be explained in full, working step by step from set up to saving results. Any associated software will also be explained. Our technical staff ensure everyone is confident before they leave. Additional phone support is then always available.

Hire
When you don't have the tester you need for the job, Auriga's hire department is here to help. We have up to several DTX CableAnalyzers available for daily, weekly or monthly rental periods. For fibre testing, heads are available for these units too. The newest arrival to our hire department is the Etherscope. Solve your network problems quickly and efficiently in a cost effective manner.

Finance Packages
